I greatly enjoyed the room for the kids to sleep upstairs, the bed was extremely comfy. The breakfast was satisfactory with good coffee, no reason to complain. The location was unbeatable because it was just next door to a large park area, and gamepark for kids.
The hotel staff was not very friendly.

Convenient location near a beautiful lake with easy access to the freeway. Immaculately clean rooms with top-notch air conditioning and comfortable triple beds. Friendly and efficient staff at the reception. Although the restaurant was closed, there are fantastic dining options nearby. Perfect for both short and long stays, with clear late check-in instructions. We also discovered an amazing drive-in boulangerie with delicious breads and pastries. Definitely coming back!

The hotel was perfectly located - close to the hustle-bustle of the city yet away from it all. The proximity to the lake was a plus, making it the perfect spot for an evening stroll. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Parking was easily accessible, and the ski resorts of Portes De Soleil were within reach.
Almost perfect.

The hotel is situated near a lake, opposite a park, and only 2-3 minutes from the center, making it a prime location. the rooms are clean, well presented, and offer nice views of the hills. the modern bathrooms have good showers, and the buffet breakfast provides a good selection.
The hotel's management can be a bit messy, as they changed the entrance code the following day without informing the guests beforehand.

I absolutely loved the charming and cozy decoration of this hotel. It had a rustic feel with wooden floors and walls decorated in wood, which added a nice touch. The general areas were inviting and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place for seniors like myself. , the hotel's accessibility was great. The ground room I stayed in had its own deck, making it easy for me to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains.
The only thing I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could be a bit more attentive to detail. I had some trouble with the WiFi codes expiring and it was somewhat inconvenient to keep having to go to the front desk for new ones.

Stayed overnight driving through France. Amazing location just minutes off the highway. We arrived very late and the late check-in instructions were easy to follow. We had a great night's sleep in a cozy family room, perfect for the kids with the bunk bed. The surroundings are pretty and relaxing, perfect for longer stays. The hotel is situated near a fantastic drive-in boulangerie, serving delicious breakfast items.
Although the hotel came up on a search for nearby ski resorts, it was still a considerable distance away from actual ski slopes. , the Wi-Fi is free but a bit of a hassle to use, requires new codes to be collected from the front desk frequently.
